We provide engineering design, consultancy, and construction management services. Each project is governed by a specific contract that outlines the scope of work, timelines, and deliverables.
Clients are required to follow the payment schedule mentioned in the project agreement. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of work or project delays.
All designs, blueprints, and technical documents created by Ema Associates Engineering remain the intellectual property of the firm unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
While we adhere to the highest engineering standards, Ema Associates Engineering shall not be held liable for losses caused by external factors, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties without our approval.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice, subject to the settlement of outstanding dues for work already completed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
